FlowDo helps users create routines and work through them one step at a time. Here are a few quick answers.
How do I create or edit a routine?
From Home, use the add-routine action to create a routine and give it a name. Open a routine to add, edit, reorder, or remove its steps. Your changes are saved on this device.
How does Flow mode work?
Open a routine and start Flow mode. The current step is shown on its own; mark it complete to move to the next one. Finish the steps to reach the routine completion screen.
Why can I create only two routines?
FlowDo is free for up to two routines. The optional Lifetime Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes that limit and unlocks unlimited routines.
How do I restore my Lifetime Unlock?
Open the Lifetime Unlock screen and choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account or Google Play account that made the purchase. The relevant app store handles the transaction and checks purchase history.
What happens to my routines if I uninstall FlowDo?
Routines and steps are stored locally on this device, not synced to an online FlowDo account. Uninstalling the app removes its local routine data. Your store purchase history is managed separately by Apple or Google.
Is FlowDo medical care or advice?
No. FlowDo is a routine tool, not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional care.
